We generally recommend Dell as our hardware supplier of choice, but will support a variety of existing systems and supply any branded equipment specified by our clients.

Each of our clients is furnished with our mobile telephone number list. In the event of a query on software or hardware failure, clients are able to contact us directly. This ease of contact makes small problems quick to solve with a simple single direct call to one of the team.
Of course a call on a larger problem may involve online support or a visit by us. This is charged in the same manner as all our training and work, at our normal hourly rate. At all times our work is monitored by the client and hours dictated by their demand and request. We always endeavor to ensure the client understands the nature of the problem and is furnished with a full verbal report of our progress to keep them up to date at all times.
