You are able to call us at any time you choose. This represents the first and most basic level of support available to our customers. It is recommended that this service should be combined with one of the On-Site support options, (see On-Site support section for details). There are two options for customers requiring telephone support:

  • TS1=Annual Contract A one off payment that provides the client with support from a systems analyst during normal office hours. The price is 15% of current retail price of software supported subject to a minimum of £500. Clients are provided with the mobile phone numbers of all analysts, which they would be expected to contact directly with any queries. NB there is no further charge for telephone support calls once the contract is in place.
  • TS2="Pay As You Go" - The most flexible of charging schemes, we will charge only the time used at the analysts standard rate. Time will be billed in 15min segments and may include online access to your systems
