Customers requiring On-Site support can choose from the following two options:

  • OS1=Daily Basis. Ideal for customers requiring longer On-Site visits. It is expected that clients who purchase a day of support in advance will make a saving as a result.
  • OS2=Hourly Basis. As only the time onsite fixing the issue is charged at our hourly rate, this option can be very cost effective. Time charged will be the amount of time spent on site rounded to the nearest 15mins. Time taken to travel to and from site will also be charged at our hourly rate but normally rounded to one hour.
