For a custom made web site and on going web support you may wish to consider this package rather than package 1. For a small one off fee and then an on going monthly fee we can design and develop a site to suit you and then over a course of 2 years or more we will offer web support. This includes the following details below:

Charges
£200 (includes first months fee) setup charge.
£65 Monthly support fee.

Total for the 1st year will be £915
Total for the 2nd year will be £780

	Registration to search engines
	Initial design
	Discussions and planning
	Advice and assistance finding ISP to host site
	Uploading
	Documentation

Monthly Fee Includes

	Amendments to text on pages (provided by you in electronic form for copy/paste into web page)
	Small changes to graphic designs (eg. New images added/changed)
	Re-submission to search engines every three months
	Uploading and file management

Additional Work

	Additional pages to the site £65 per page
	Addition of scripts and other coded functions £30 per element
	Addition of "Flash" elements to pages £30 per element

Contract Details
The initial contract for web site design is for one year of monthly payments and a one off setup fee. During this period you will be entitled to the above.

Cancellation before the first year will leave Martin Neame Associates short of funds required to facilitate this contract, therefore an invoice for the remaining amount of the first year (£915) will need to be paid. After the first year the services above will continue to be provided upon continuous receipt of the monthly payments. During the second year if a payment is missed by more than 30 days then this is assumed to be a cancellation of agreement and support of and updates to the web site will stop.

Martin Neame Associates reserves the right to alter the charging structure giving 14 days notice.

Martin Neame Associates may link to your web site for examples of work and demonstration purposes. Every web site designed by Martin Neame Associates will carry META tags in the HTML documents to state who it has been designed by.

Martin Neame Associates holds no responsibility for the state and functionality of the Internet Service Provider hosting the web site be it either self sourced or recommended.

Advice
The design of the web site may be delayed if you can not provide suitable documents (literature and images) that can go into the web site design.

A web site does not guarantee improved profits but instead can add to the service you provide to your customers.

If your web site contains information that may convince customers to come to you for business include you web site address on you stationary and any adverts you place.
